Hot-dip galvanizing

Galvanizing is modern and high-efficient way to protect the steelwork form corrosion. 

In the condition of atmospheric action even without any additional protection the galvanized steelworks stay in service from 20 to 50 years.  

Effective corrosion protection of steelworks by means of hot-dip galvanizing gives the possibility to acquire coatings that correspond to ISO 1461-89.

Quality control is performed by “Magnetic method”, “Method of zinc mixture control” that correspond to “Method of net of scratches application”. 

The zinc coating is formed as a result of thermo-chemical interaction between steel and zinc. The zinc coating covers both sides of steelwork – inner and outer one. Hereby the solid and impermeable coating is formed which provides electro-chemical protection of steelworks.

Prior to galvanizing the surface of steelworks undergoes multi-stage preparation (deoiling, etching, washing, fluxing and drying). 

We provide the galvanizing of steelworks with the maximum dimensional size of 6,6x1,4x2,6m.

The production is certified according to ISO 9001:2000. Certificate Number 213696 from BUREAU VERITAS Certification.
